We are looking for a line cook to join the kitchen team at Restaurant Aquarius. You will help prepare our Mediterranean and grilled menu, including Ohrid lake trout, seafood platters and seasonal specialties, working alongside our head chef.

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, especially with grilled or seafood dishes
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
